Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover how you use enjoydiscover.garden and the services offered through it by Enjoydiscover Septic. When you browse the site, call the number on it or send a form, you accept these terms. This page is a general template, not legal advice.

What Enjoydiscover Septic Does

Enjoydiscover Septic is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not pump tanks, repair septic systems, drain fields or sewer lines, or do any plumbing work. We are also not part of any agreement you make with a provider.

Providers Run Their Own Business

The providers we connect you with are independent businesses. They alone answer for their quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, permits, licenses, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or direct them. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they respond, or what their work achieves.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of license and insurance, and get a written quote.

General Information, Not Advice

The content here is general information. It is not plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They vary by job and are not quotes. Confirm the details with a qualified provider and, when it applies, with your insurer and local health department.

What We Ask of You

Give accurate information when you contact us. Use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse it, disrupt it, or try to get in without permission.

Phone Calls, Texts and Emails

When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider you are connected with, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing contact@enjoydiscover.garden.

Ownership of Site Content

The content and design of this site belong to Enjoydiscover Septic or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Enjoydiscover Septic is not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using this site, from a provider's services, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," with no warranties of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
