We want every homeowner who reaches Enjoydiscover Septic to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.
You can write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, start by taking it up with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.
Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Note that Enjoydiscover Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
Email contact@enjoydiscover.garden and include:
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help.
